These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Vending Insider LLC, also known as Vending Machine Locator (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing or using any of our services, including the Locator Replacement Insider Call, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
 
1. Services Provided

Vending Insider LLC provides information-based services, including:
One-on-one Insider Call of vending machine locating systems
Access to proprietary methods, ad copy, and posting instructions
Fresh, high-quality business leads
Ongoing support via phone or email
 
Our services are educational and advisory in nature. We provide tools and guidance, but the results you achieve depend entirely on your actions and effort.
 
2. No Guarantees

While we provide proven methods and insider knowledge, we cannot guarantee specific results, including but not limited to:
The number of locations secured
The profitability of any location
The speed at which results occur
 
Your success depends on your implementation, work ethic, and effort.
 
3. Payment and Non-Refundable Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable, due to the nature of the services being delivered, which include immediate access to proprietary information, guidance, and leads.
 
By purchasing, you acknowledge that:
You understand this is information-based, non-returnable content
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances
 
4. Intellectual Property

All materials, including ad copy, Insider Call content, leads, guides, and other proprietary information, are owned by Vending Insider LLC.
You may use these materials for your personal business purposes only.
You may not resell, distribute, or share our content without written permission.
Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
 
5. Limitation of Liability

By using our services, you agree that Vending Insider LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services, including but not limited to:
Loss of revenue or profit
Wasted time or effort
Fees for movers, deliveries, or other third-party costs
 
Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.
 
6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:
Implement the system responsibly and follow all local laws and regulations
Pay $50 only for confirmed, installed locations
Use the leads, ad copy, and guidance for your own business purposes only
 
7. Support and Questions

Vending Insider LLC offers ongoing support via phone or email to assist you with evaluating locations, implementing the system, or answering questions.
 
8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
 
9. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
 
10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
By purchasing or using services from Vending Insider LLC (Vending Machine Locator), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
